TravelTracker Pro - Live Flight Status, Push Alerts + TripIt Sync App Reviews

I emailed the developer 3 weeks ago about a few bugs this app has and haven’t heard back and the bugs are still there. Here is the email. Silverware Team I was looking for a travel app that would be all encompassing with your full travel plans schedule. I came across yours and it looked like just what I was wanting so I purchased your app last week. I have been using flight track pro for about 4 years and think it works very good for what it does. The only down side to it was it only did flights. My wife and daughter took a trip to New England for a week so I decided to run both apps and see what the difference would be just tracking flights and here is what I noticed. Flight Track Pro: Tripit: flawless itinerary syncing Flight Info: Easy to understand flight schedule and easy on eyes. Delayed flight info showed up. Flight Tracking Map: Shows starting and ending point with direction of flight (takeoff/landing) with location labels. Flight Tracking the Plane: Shows continuous plane info without need to refresh. Plane showed up 6 minutes after takeoff. Shows minutes in air from takeoff and remaining minutes to landing. Shows miles in air from takeoff and remaining miles to landing. Shows altitude and MPH of plane. Other features: Good but basic selection options Travel Tracker Pro: Tripit: flawless itinerary syncing Flight Info: Easy to understand flight schedule. En route color was yellow and almost impossible to see. Delayed flight info showed up. Flight Tracking Map: Shows starting and ending point. Flight Tracking the Plane: Needs manual refreshing of plane info. Plane showed up 13 minutes after takeoff. Shows altitude and MPH of plane. Other Features: Very good and much more selections options To sum it all up, I prefer your app because it provides me with much more travel options. As you have read, there are a couple of things I thing would make it the best app out there. One is no need to refresh plane info. Two is change the en route color and third is a faster plane update when it takes off.

I have to input all the data myself. I wanted to have it imported!!!!! Waste is 9.99. I am calling my bank to dispute this.

Great app. Appreciate very much integration with Tripit. With a few more editing/merge options would get 5 stars from me.

Dont spend the money. Difficult to input. Does not convert currencies

Love it. Can plan a car trip with travel times. It would be better if it tied into the the maps app for Google and Apple.

In a four leg flight itinerary it failed to find 3/4 of the flights making it fairly useless so far. Tried entering the same data in a free flight tracker app and it came up correctly. Now I feel pretty stupid for spending this money.

Best user interface & TripIt integration is great. Only suggestion is a Mac version.

Travel Tracker Pro is by FAR my favorite travel app. I just completed 36 flights and Travel Tracker Pro didnt get one single detail wrong while Trip-It only got the correct information on 2 of the flights. It is really convenient to find the flight info without having to track down a flight board or to go to the wrong gate SIX times like with Trip-It. The only quirky thing is that on my iPad, some information enters differently on the notes section when the iPad is horizontal rather than vertical. As for people who dont get correct information with this app or no information, the airlines provide the information so if youre on a quirky flight you may have difficulties. I cant get any flight info for Icelandair.

Ive been using this app for about 3 years. I love it! It keeps data for all my flights, hotels, etc in one handy spot. Just lately, though, its been crashing every time I try to upload my manually entered changes. Whats with that? Hope the developers can figure that out.

Do NOT download the current version of this app and rely on it for travel!!!! Ive lived and died with this app for 3 years and loved it. Lately it has mysteriously failed to update the current time on my iPhone, so the time it lists until departure of a flight is wrong. For example, if a flight is scheduled to leave at 6:00, and it is 5:45, the app will say "flight departs in 25 minutes" because it has (for some reason) not updated the current time. This is a new issue with the current version and has never been a problem in the past. "Flight Status" has the accurate info on delays but it is not being picked up by Travel Tracker. There is something wrong!

Crashes on opening with an IPhone 6. Please update as I live this app.

This app works flawlessly to keep me updated with my itinerary and changes. I can use it to record expenses too. Very nice. Keeps me on track.
